Letter of Consent to Travel for Children

We charge $50.00 to complete a Letter of Consent for you.
We charge $25.00 to witness a Letter of Consent and you can chose the most appropriate affidavit from this list.

Please make an appointment. Only parent or parents who are not travelling with the child need to sign.
