Salvador Davis & Co. began over 50 years ago when in 1968, John Salvador began his notary practice in Sidney.

In 1986 Johns’ daughter, Laurie Salvador, and Susan Davis became Notaries and took over the practice upon John’s retirement. In 2000, Lisa Ehrlich became a partner in the practice. Like Susan before her, Lisa received the Dr. Bernard Hoeter Excellence Award for highest marks on her UBC Notary examinations. Susan, now an Notarial Assistant of the firm, has specialized knowledge in sub-divisions, Easements and Rights of Way.  Laurie practices and teaches solely in the areas of estate and incapacity planning. Laurie and Susan have both served many years on the Board of Directors of the Notary Society and the Notary Foundation. Susan served as President of the Society of Notaries Public of BC and is a former chair of the BC Notary Foundation. She has done an amazing job of representing BC Notaries.

In 2015 Todd Wiebe became the newest notary and began taking over in estate planning under the guidance of Laurie Salvador. He became a partner in 2018.

For 28 years, Salvador Davis & Co. has helped clients with real estate conveyancing and estate planning. The office has continued to grow and what has remained constant is the desire to help our clients. At Salvador Davis & Co., we protect our clients’ interests as if they were our own.

Salvador Davis & Co. was one of the first professional offices in Sidney to use computers, and later, one of the first to be fully automated for online title searches and registration of Land Title Office documents.

Today we are doing our best to become paperless. We remain dedicated to continuing education and providing the best service technology will allow.
